Supporting the final stages of planning and live delivery for Birmingham Settlement’s flagship community festival, welcoming more than 2,300 visitors across three days.
Strengthening readiness without adding unnecessary complexity
The organising team had already developed a strong festival programme, but there was an opportunity to strengthen the operational planning around it.
Additional support was needed to review existing arrangements, share practical guidance and introduce simple, effective tools that could improve readiness without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
