Know where you stand before the point of no return.

CERA™ — Confidence. Evidence. Readiness. Action. is an evidence-based readiness assessment by FusionIA.

It helps leadership understand whether an initiative is genuinely ready to proceed, where material exposure sits, what evidence supports the position and what needs to happen next.

01 MORE THAN A SCORE

CERA™ combines current maturity, evidence confidence and professional judgement to provide a meaningful readiness position.

02 EXPOSE WHAT MATTERS

Critical conditions and cross-cutting exposure help prevent favourable averages or activity reporting from hiding material weaknesses.

03 TURN EVIDENCE INTO ACTION

Leadership receives clear priorities, decision conditions and a practical route towards stronger readiness.

STANDARD READINESS ASSESSMENT £1,750 Introductory fixed fee (+ VAT if applicable). Includes one defined initiative, one primary assessment cycle, one Client Readiness Report and one leadership readout.
OPTIONAL FOCUSED REASSESSMENT £650 Targeted review of decision-limiting conditions, Critical / High actions, improved evidence and material changes without repeating the full Standard assessment.
WHEN CERA™ ADDS VALUE

Good moments to use CERA™

CERA™ is most useful when leadership needs a clearer, evidence-backed view before an important decision, milestone or point of increased delivery pressure.

01
BEFORE A MAJOR DECISION

Go / No-Go, steering approval, funding release or governance decision.

02
BEFORE DELIVERY PRESSURE PEAKS

Event day, go-live, mobilisation, transition or operational handover.

03
WHEN CONFIDENCE IS UNCLEAR

The plan exists, but leadership is not sure whether the organisation is genuinely ready.

04
WHEN WORK IS DRIFTING

Dependencies, accountability, evidence or decision-making are becoming fragmented.

05
WHEN ASSURANCE MUST BE PROPORTIONATE

The initiative needs challenge and structure without enterprise-level bureaucracy.

06
WHEN IMPROVEMENT MUST BE DEMONSTRATED

A baseline and reassessment are needed to show that readiness has genuinely moved.

8 READINESS DOMAINS

Eight connected areas of readiness

Readiness is rarely determined by one issue in isolation. FusionIA considers eight connected domains to understand whether the conditions for successful delivery are genuinely in place.

01 STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT

Are we clear about what we are trying to achieve and why?

02 LEADERSHIP & GOVERNANCE

Is ownership clear and can decisions be made effectively?

03 PEOPLE & STAKEHOLDERS

Are the right people engaged, prepared and supported?

04 DELIVERY PLANNING & CONTROL

Is there a credible and controlled route to delivery?

05 OPERATIONAL READINESS

Can this actually operate successfully when required?

06 TECHNOLOGY & DATA

Are the technology, information and supporting controls ready?

07 RISK, COMPLIANCE & ASSURANCE

Are material risks and obligations understood and controlled?

08 SUSTAINABILITY, BENEFITS & IMPROVEMENT

Will we achieve the intended value and learn from delivery?

The problem CERA™ addresses

Projects, programmes and events can appear to be progressing well until a major milestone exposes gaps in ownership, governance, operational readiness, dependencies or evidence. CERA™ brings those issues together early enough for leadership to act.

What CERA™ is not

CERA™ is a diagnostic and decision-support assessment. It does not replace statutory approvals, legal advice, specialist health and safety assurance, technical certification, regulatory approval, professional audit or safeguarding responsibilities. Conclusions apply to the agreed scope, assessment date and evidence reviewed; CERA™ does not claim certification, predictive validity or external benchmarking.

FAQs:

Do we need to have all the documents before we start?

No. The quality and completeness of available evidence form part of the readiness picture. Discovery confirms what is proportionate and what needs to be available for the assessment to be meaningful.

Is CERA™ only for large programmes?

No. The Standard assessment is designed to be proportionate. The same readiness principles can be applied to projects, events, operational change and growing organisations without imposing enterprise-scale process.

Does a high score mean we are approved to proceed?

Not automatically. Critical conditions, weak evidence, concentrated exposure and the specific decision context can qualify or override a favourable average.

Can you reassess us after the actions are complete?

Yes. The focused reassessment is designed to show whether decision-limiting conditions and material actions have genuinely moved from planned to evidenced and operating.

                CERA™

Are we genuinely ready - and if not, what do we need to do while there is still time to act?

Start with a short conversation to confirm fit, decision point, scope and participants.
